Job Title: Media Production Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer / Production intern who is able to shoot & Edit content (Static, Video, Graphics, Motion Graphic) to be used on social media or marketing ads.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in end-to-end video production including shooting, Editing & posting.
* Handle DSLR / mirrorless cameras and support shot composition and framing
* Set up and manage basic lighting for interviews and product shoots
* Design visual assets such as posters, thumbnails, social media creatives, and layouts
* Edit videos and create motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
* Create design assets and layouts using Adobe Illustrator
* Apply color theory principles in graphics, videos, and motion design
* Organize footage, project files, and production assets
* Support on-ground shoots and studio setups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed Media Studies, fine arts or a related field & Good Portfolio.
Mandatory hands-on experience with:
Video Editing tools any of them (Adobe Premier Pro, Davinci, Final Cut PRO etc)
Working knowledge of camera handling & shot composition
Passion for media production, visual storytelling, and creative content
Willingness to work on shoots and learn in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with DaVinci Resolve or other editing tools
Understanding of social media content formats and aspect ratios
Prior internship, freelance work, or strong academic projects
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)
