Job Summary
VRS Energy Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
- Freshers preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
