Job Overview
Combus is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate (B2B) to expand its franchise network for software solutions and certification services. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the sales process, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners
- Promote Combus software products and certification programs to businesses and institutions
- Present franchise business opportunities and value propositions
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle
- Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in B2B sales or franchise sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of software and certification-based services is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach
