Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct art and craft classes as per the school curriculum.
- Teach drawing, painting, colouring, sketching, craft work, and creative activities.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression among students.
- Demonstrate various art techniques and use of materials effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and project ideas.
- Identify and encourage students’ artistic talents and interests.
- Motivate students to participate in art competitions, exhibitions, and school events.
- Support students in developing fine motor skills and creativity.
- Provide individual guidance and constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the art room and materials.
- Ensure proper use and safe handling of art supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and arrange materials required for classroom activities and events.
- Display students’ artwork on notice boards and during exhibitions.
- Assist in decoration work for school functions, celebrations, and events.
- Support preparation of charts, stage decorations, props, and display materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, annual day activities, and competitions.
- Maintain records of student participation and assessments.
- Coordinate with class teachers and school management for activity planning.
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.
