MEP Design Engineer (Freelance / Part-Time / Project-Based)

Camron Infrastructure India Ltd. is a fast-growing industrial construction company specializing in Industrial Sheds, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, Factory Buildings, and PEB Structures across Maharashtra.
We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer who can independently prepare Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting designs for our industrial construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare complete MEP designs based on Architectural, Structural, and PEB drawings.
- Design Electrical, Plumbing (Public Health), and Fire Fighting systems for industrial buildings.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with Architectural, Structural, and PEB disciplines.
- Prepare BOQs, design calculations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, Fire Department regulations, and MSEDCL standards.
- Review drawings and provide technical support during project execution whenever required.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure practical and efficient design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP Design.
- Experience in Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Factory Buildings, Logistics Parks, or PEB Projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently prepare coordinated MEP drawings and technical documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked as an MEP Design Engineer with an MEP Design Consultancy or Engineering Consulting Firm.
Candidates should have experience in:
- Electrical Design
- Plumbing (Public Health) Design
- Fire Fighting Design
- Industrial MEP Design Coordination
- BOQ Preparation
- Technical Documentation
