Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Explain stock market products and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
- Promote services such as equity trading, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, and demat/trading accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
- Assist clients with account opening and KYC documentation.
- Stay updated on stock market trends and financial products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the research and customer support teams to provide quality service.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of stock markets and financial products.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good presentation and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, stock broking, banking, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of equity, derivatives, and trading platforms is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
