About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager with experience in industrial products, bearings, mechanical components, or capital equipment sales. The role involves extensive field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial hubs.
- Visit factories, manufacturing plants, steel, mining, and crushing industries to promote bearing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial customers and key accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and visit records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Industrial Sales experience.
- Experience in Bearings, Mechanical Components, Industrial Equipment, Power Transmission Products, Capital Equipment, or Manufacturing Products is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Exposure to Steel, Mining, Crushing, Cement, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Machinery industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Gujarati and Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.

- Graduate in any discipline.
Employment Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Interview Timing: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Selection Process: Profile Screening followed by Personal Interview
