Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Role Summary:
Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating sales leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
- Explain products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer, email, and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
