About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across every interaction.
Key responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails promptly and professionally Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues Coordinate with operations and field teams to address service-related concerns Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality. Requirements: Any degree (graduates preferred); freshers welcome to apply . Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) 1.Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach 2.Basic computer proficiency. 3.familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
