Job Description
1-Drive online domestic education loan disbursements across assigned geography
2-Build and scale business through online channels, digital partners, aggregators, and referral networks
3-Identify, onboard, and manage online sourcing partners, education portals, fintech platforms, and DSAs
4-Track the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement
5-Ensure credit quality, adherence to Auxilo’s policies, and documentation standards
6-Monitor post-disbursement performance and support collections where required
7-Maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and education consultants aligned to online sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
1-Minimum 2 to 3 years in Education Loans, preferably Domestic Education Loans
2-Strong understanding of domestic education loan products, eligibility, and documentation
3-Experience managing online channels, DSAs, fintech partners, or digital aggregators
4-Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
