Job Overview
We are hiring Packing Staff for our textile manufacturing unit in Pithampur. This is a factory-based role responsible for packing finished textile products, quality checking, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch.
Note: This is a shop floor/manufacturing job. Candidates looking for office, administration, HR, accounts, sales, or managerial roles should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished textile products as per company standards.
- Perform basic quality checks before packing.
- Label and organize packed products accurately.
- Prepare products for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the packing area.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company SOPs.
- Work closely with the production and dispatch teams.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 0–3 years in packing, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or textile industry preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a factory environment.
