Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with a background in a reputed 3-Star or 5-Star Hotel to manage our executive kitchen and prepare high-quality meals and refreshments for business guests, corporate meetings, and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality tea-time snacks, Indian and continental dishes, and refreshments.
* Plan menus for corporate meetings and guest visits.
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
* Manage kitchen inventory and procurement requirements.
* Supervise and train cook helpers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
* Coordinate with administration regarding guest preferences and special requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed 3-Star or 5-Star Hotel.
* Expertise in Indian, Continental, and snack preparations.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
