JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tap existing and new colleges and coaching classes to achieve monthly sales targets, identifying students from colleges and coaching centres for promoting 9 Campuses of IBS.
2. Conducting various BTL activities to reach MBA aspirants. - Line up seminars in colleges and coaching classes. - Data collection and data procurement. - Approaching students directly through various activities - Generating walk-ins for branch counselling activity. - Telephonic counselling
3. Taking referrals from existing students.
4. Re-enforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business for the branch.
5. Candidate also needs to work as a mentor with prospective students and he / she should be able to guide students properly about MBA entrance exams and admission process.
6. Candidates should manage sales after services effectively so that students who have applied for IBS can be converted into final MBA admission.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. Graduation is a must for this position.
2. Preference will be given to candidates from the education or service sector.
3. Candidates should have good communication, self-motivated, positive attitude & go-getter attitude.
4. Must have worked upon targets and should be able to achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing after graduation or post-graduation.
