- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
- Monitor service speed, quality, and guest experience
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
- Build a positive, disciplined, and motivated team culture
- Ensure attendance and punctuality compliance
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Implement upselling and promotional strategies
- Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions
Cost & Inventory Control
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure proper stock ordering, receiving, and storage
- Reduce wastage and pilferage
Financial & Reporting
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation
- Support budgeting and forecasting
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards
