Job Summary
Corporate Connections is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience and strong expertise in handling 360-degree HR functions, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Handle employee grievance management and ensure timely resolution
Drive performance management processes, reviews, and feedback cycles
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance
Support employee retention and organizational development initiatives
Manage HR operations, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in HR
Strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations (360° HR)
Experience in employee grievance handling and performance management
Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills

Experience in managing employee lifecycle and engagement
