We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing eligibility, and assisting with documentation to ensure successful visa applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding study visas, tourist visas, work permits, and PR pathways.
- Understand client requirements and suggest the best immigration or visa options.
- Guide clients about documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
- Maintain updated knowledge about visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for application processing.
- Maintain client records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Good knowledge of international visa processes
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Qualifications
- Graduation in any field
- Experience in visa consultancy / immigration industry preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in visa counseling preferred
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience)
- Incentives based on performance
