Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Team Lead / Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Develop job descriptions and create engaging job advertisements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Prepare candidate shortlists and present them to clients.
- Negotiate salary packages within company guidelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coach and mentor junior Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements. (LinkedIn)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred).
- Typically 5+ years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
- Experience recruiting for international markets (especially Australia/APAC) is highly valued.
- Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Recruiting across IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, or other professional functions.
- Experience in market mapping and talent intelligence.

This role is more strategic than a standard recruiter position. It combines full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, talent consulting, employer branding, and mentoring, making it suitable for experienced recruiters who can independently manage complex hiring portfolios across multiple business functions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
