We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience creating engaging creatives for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, emailers, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Create visually appealing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop branding materials including logos, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and marketing visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
