Job Summary
Podium Systems is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Manager to support our real estate sales initiatives. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with channel partners to drive successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calling and networking activities
- Follow up on leads provided by the pre-sales and marketing teams
- Coordinate with channel partners to drive qualified client visits
- Manage client interactions, including presentations and query resolution
- Track and monitor site visits and conversion progress throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives to increase project awareness
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and sales updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and close deals effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales or sourcing (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
