About the Role
Innovacio Technologies is looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions, AI Copilots, and demand forecasting systems capable of processing large-scale datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Enterprise AI Copilots using modern LLM frameworks.
- Build and optimize Demand Forecasting solutions using machine learning and time-series forecasting techniques.
- Develop scalable AI applications that work efficiently with large enterprise databases.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate enterprise knowledge bases.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.
- Develop secure APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Enterprise AI Copilot development.
- Hands-on experience with Demand Forecasting models (Prophet, XGBoost, LSTM, or similar).
- Experience handling large datasets and database optimization.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, PGVector, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
