Job Summary
We are hiring Telecaller Executives for our Voice Process. Candidates from any educational background or industry are welcome to apply. Previous experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, BPO, or any voice process is preferred but not mandatory. The most important requirement is excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude toward sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or company system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates from any industry or domain can apply.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
