What we are looking for
Role: SharePoint and OneDrive Admin - Support
Joining Location: Gurugram
Exp: 5-10 yrs
Must have:
- OneDrive/SharePoint M365 Administrator/Engineer
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences
- Partnering with peer teams to maintain network infrastructure, as well as supporting encryption, security zones, and firewalls
- Keeping up to date with Microsoft roadmaps and impacts to our global user base
- Performing migrations from legacy content management solutions such as NAS shares
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Purview (specific to OneDrive/SharePoint) is preferred for at least one candidate
