Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
- Introduce and explain initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
- Communicate with potential donors in a polite and professional manner.
- Encourage individuals to support social causes through donations.
- Follow up with interested donors and maintain good relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and donor interactions.
- Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, sales, or fundraising experience are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
