Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team at Grey Soul Coffee Roaster. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and café area.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Assist in opening and closing café operations.
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
- Support team members in daily café operations.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Freshers with a passion for coffee and hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Service will be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
