Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Project Procurement, preferably within EPC organizations.
- Hands-on procurement experience for:
- Electrical systems and equipment
- Instrumentation and control systems
- Automation packages and other project-related materials
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong ability to review and evaluate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and procurement requirements.
- Experience in vendor identification and development, techno-commercial evaluations, price negotiations, expediting, and supplier performance management.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end EPC procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, bid evaluation, purchase orders, expediting, logistics coordination, documentation, and project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, project execution, planning, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure timely procurement and project delivery.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates who are available to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
