Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Consultant to lead and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consultancy activities across multiple projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing sub-consultants, leading technical coordination meetings, ensuring design integration, and delivering projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate MEP design consultants and sub-consultants throughout project lifecycle.
- Chair and manage MEP coordination meetings with clients, architects, structural consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Review and validate MEP design drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Ensure interdisciplinary coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and international standards.
- Provide value engineering solutions without compromising quality and performance.
- Support tender documentation, BOQ reviews, and contractor technical evaluations.
- Oversee site inspections and ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CEng, PE) are an advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of MEP consultancy experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/coordination role.
- Strong experience in large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
- Thorough knowledge of international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.) and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks, and MS Project.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
