Social Media Marketing Intern – Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and posting content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content ideas including reels, stories, carousels, captions, and trend-based posts.
- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar and posting timelines.
- Help grow followers, improve reach, and increase engagement across platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, audience interaction, and trending topics.
- Manage and actively engage the WhatsApp community through daily interaction and valuable discussions.
- Come up with unique and creative ideas to make the WhatsApp community interactive and growth-oriented.
- Coordinate community activities such as polls, challenges, Q&A sessions, reminders, and engagement campaigns.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
- Assist with basic research on social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
