Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
· Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve performance.
· Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
· Identify training needs and organize product and sales skills development programs.
· Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Sales Planning & Execution
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
· Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
· Track sales pipelines, opportunities, and conversion rates to ensure target achievement.
· Ensure timely follow-up on leads and effective customer engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
· Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue achievement, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
· Develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve productivity.
· Present sales updates and forecasts to management.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
· Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Support the team in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
· Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis & Business Development
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive lead generation initiatives.
· Recommend strategies to enhance market presence and sales growth.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.

· Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
