Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RPA Operations Support Engineer to support, monitor, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring bot stability, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and collaborating with development teams to optimize automation performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support RPA bots in production environments.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bot failures and process exceptions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests as per SLAs.
- Monitor bot performance, schedules, queues, and infrastructure health.
- Coordinate with business users and RPA developers for issue resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Execute bot restarts, deployments, and configuration changes when required.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Participate in on-call support and production releases as needed.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in RPA support or operations.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and production support processes.
- Experience with bot monitoring, scheduling, and queue management.
- Understanding of SQL, Windows Server, and application troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation programs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
- RPA certification (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) is a plus.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
