We're looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of innovative skincare products from concept to commercial launch. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in formulation development, stability testing, claims validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Cosmetics or Chemical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of skincare/personal care R&D experience.
- Developed and launched multiple commercial skincare products.
- Strong expertise in formulation, stability testing, and claims validation.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
