Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination activities for multidisciplinary building projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, and project delivery using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Experience with international (preferably Gulf) projects and LOD 400/500 is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models across multiple disciplines.
- Lead model coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and track issue resolution.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and company standards.
- Review and maintain model quality, accuracy, and LOD requirements (LOD 400 & LOD 500).
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
- Manage BIM data, file structures, and model version control.
- Support project planning and monitor BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior Coordinators.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Strong experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in MEP BIM projects.
- Must have worked on LOD 400 & LOD 500 projects.
- Strong experience in Clash Detection and Coordination.
- Experience in Revit Family Creation and Family Management.
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings, Installation Drawings, and As-Built Models.
- Experience in Gulf/International projects is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 is preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
