Store Manager — Thumpers Cafe, Mohali
Thumpers Cafe (thethumpers.com) is a premium motorcycle riding gear store in Sector 82, Mohali. We're hiring a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Location: Sector 82, Mohali (In-Office) | Type: Full-Time | Weekly Off: 1 Day | Experience: Minimum 2 years
What You'll Handle
- Day-to-day store operations and opening/closing
- Customer handling — welcoming, assisting, and ensuring satisfaction
- Managing inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Billing, cash handling, and daily sales records on Tally
- Maintaining accurate entries and reports on Tally ERP
- Coordinating with the owner on targets, orders, and restocking
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
- Managing and guiding any store staff
What We're Looking For
- Min. 2 years experience in retail store management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must
- Strong people and communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable
- Able to handle customers confidently and resolve issues calmly
- Passion for motorcycles or automotive space is a big plus!
