- Good experience in Java/J2EE, spring, struts, web development, JDBC, JSP. Servlets
- Fundamental knowledge on design patterns
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgres etc
- Experience developing complex web based applications
- Knowledge on application servers
- Ability to work with APIs to access other systems
- Ability to perform application troubleshooting
