Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Textile Store Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting fabrics and garments, maintain attractive product displays, manage stock, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting fabrics, clothing, and textile products.
- Provide accurate product information, including fabric types, colors, sizes, and pricing.
- Fold, arrange, and replenish merchandise to maintain an attractive store display.
- Receive, unpack, and organize new stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the Store Manager.
- Assist with billing and operate the POS system when required.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal displays, and sales events.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
