Job Summary
SHUBHRIDHIMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION is looking for dedicated and hardworking Credit Officers to join our microfinance operations team. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, group formation, loan verification, collection management, customer relationship handling, and field-level monitoring activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic financial understanding, and the ability to work in rural and semi-urban areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys and identify eligible borrowers
- Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG)
- Verify customer documents and conduct field investigations
- Process loan applications and ensure proper documentation
- Handle weekly/monthly loan collections
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve client issues
- Ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality
- Prepare daily field and collection reports
- Promote company policies and financial discipline among members
- Coordinate with branch staff and management for operational activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
- Experience in Microfinance, or Field Collection preferred
- Freshers may also apply
- Age Range - 18- 32 years
- Must be willing to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bike and valid license are required
