Key Responsibilities
Shipment Dispatching: Coordinate daily transportation schedules, route optimization, and carrier assignments.
Inventory Control: Supervise on-site warehouse inventory levels and reconcile structural discrepancies.
Vendor Management: Negotiate shipping rates and maintain daily relations with freight forwarders.
Document Processing: Handle vital paperwork including bills of lading, customs clearances, and invoices.
Real-time Tracking: Monitor in-transit shipments and proactively resolve delays or route exceptions.
Safety Enforcements: Implement company protocols regarding hazardous material handling and workplace safety standards.
Performance Reporting: Compile detailed logistics spreadsheets and status reports for senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, or a related field.
Technical Software: Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP or Odoo.
Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, data analytics capacity, and a high problem-solving mindset.
Communication Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to handle cross-border vendors.
Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in logistics field
Age: upto 32
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
