- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Workshop Science & Calculation and Engineering Drawing.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessment tools as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain engineering concepts, calculations, measurements, and drawing techniques in a clear and effective manner.
- Demonstrate the use of drawing instruments, engineering standards, and workshop practices.
- Evaluate trainees through regular tests, practical assessments, and assignments.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and other academic documentation.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to trainees.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, training standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth execution of training programs.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Additional certification in vocational training, teaching, or instructional methodologies will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Workshop Science & Calculation and Engineering Drawing.
- Proficiency in engineering measurements, calculations, and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic educational technologies.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,397.34 per month
