***URGENT REQUIREMENT***
Project Management
- Lead and oversee multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Review project reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
Construction & Site Management
- Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site productivity, resource utilization, and project milestones.
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
- Ensure compliance with construction methodologies and engineering standards.
Contract & Commercial Management
- Review contracts, tenders, and technical specifications.
- Manage contractor and subcontractor performance.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Evaluate variation orders, claims, and billing certifications.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure project compliance.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address project-related concerns.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, site engineers, and other technical staff.
- Establish performance goals and monitor team effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Education : BTech(Civil), BE(Civil)& Diploma(Civil) with 10 years as experience as a Senior Manager
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
