Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM-based architectural design and documentation for multiple projects.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
Manage architectural BIM models from concept/design development through construction documentation.
Preparation of BIM LOD Models as per drawings and managing team of BIM Architects & Engg. For preparing models & coordination with drawings, checking clash coordination.
Estimating quantities from the BIM model’s for Arch / Structure / Finishing / MEP.
Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Conduct model reviews, clash coordination, quality checks, and design coordination meetings.
Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes.
Review drawings, BIM models, families, sheets, schedules, and project documentation for accuracy.
Lead and mentor BIM Architects, BIM Coordinators, and junior team members.
Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on BIM-related requirements.
Identify and resolve design/modeling issues and coordinate necessary revisions.
Establish and maintain BIM libraries, templates, families, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
Support project teams in adopting efficient BIM workflows and digital coordination processes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Assist in developing BIM-related training programs and improving team capabilities.
Ensure proper version control, model management, data exchange, and document management.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on architectural BIM matters.
Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Good knowledge of Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other architectural design/documentation software.
Knowledge of BIM coordination, model federation, clash detection, and model auditing.
Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, LOD/LOI, BEP, and model delivery requirements.
Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination involving Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar Common Data Environment platforms will be an advantage.
Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and building construction.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
BIM-related certification will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
