Sales and Marketing department fat Hi-Tech Applicator is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Manager for mumbai and western region . This is totally an Work from home as well required travelling as when required in this position.
Job Description:
A Techno-Commercial professional with experience in Marketing & Sales, Proposal & Quotation, Vendor Development, Costing & Estimation, Development and Relationships with Customer Market Research.
· Lead Sales and Marketing team to handle daily inquiries and prepare quotations.
· Order acknowledgments and communicate the same with internal departments.
· Resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients.
· Discovering commercial grey areas that are not in keeping with the company policies.
· Communicate information to various parties of a contract to ensure that terms & policies are understood and interpreted correctly by all.
· Ability to work efficiently and calmly in situations with strict timelines.
· Reporting direct to the Sales and Marketing Director.
· Ability to search business opportunity for increasing sales and profit of company
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
· Must have 6-7 years of experience in the Engineering industry in the same position.
· Have experience to handle a team of 5-7 people independently with great leadership and people management skill.
· Able to read engineering drawings
· Good typing skill.
· Proficiency in Excel.
· Good command over English both written and verbal.
· Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
· Engineering Mechanical Graduate
· Experience in valves, pipes & fittings manufacturing company required.
· M.B.A degree.(preferred)
· Experience in client handling
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
