About the role
We're looking for a Content Creator to build engaging educational content for children from Kindergarten through Class 5. You'll use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or whatever fits the job) to produce worksheets, lesson scripts, videos, quizzes, and activity sheets at speed — while keeping every piece age-appropriate, accurate, and genuinely fun for young learners.
What you'll do
- Create original educational content for KG–Class 5 across subjects like English, Math, EVS, and General Awareness
- Use AI tools to draft, illustrate, narrate, and iterate on content — then edit and quality-check everything yourself
- Adapt tone, vocabulary, and complexity to each grade level
- Build supporting assets: worksheets, flashcards, story-based lessons, short video scripts, presentation decks
- Align content to [CBSE / ICSE / State Board / NEP 2020] guidelines
- Work with teachers and designers to refine content based on classroom feedback
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and hit publishing deadlines
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in content creation, teaching, or instructional design (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome)
- Comfortable and hands-on with AI tools — you know how to prompt well and, more importantly, how to spot when AI output is wrong or too advanced for a 6-year-old
- Excellent written English; ability to write simply for young children
- Understanding of how primary-school kids learn and what holds their attention
- Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar)
- [Preferred] Experience with Indian school curricula
- [Preferred] Knowledge of Telugu / regional language
Nice to have
- Video editing or voiceover experience
- Prior work at an edtech company or as a primary-school teacher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
