About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Artist who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations and visually compelling content. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and video editors to create motion graphics that elevate digital campaigns, social media content, brand films, and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and social media campaigns.
- Animate static creatives into engaging motion assets for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
- Create explainer videos, product videos, reels, GIFs, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Artist, Motion Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, digital campaigns, and video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create smooth, engaging animations with attention to detail.
- Basic video editing and sound synchronization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
