About the role
The Process & Control Optimisation Specialist provides centralised tracking, coordination, and reporting of control‑related activities across hypercare, control optimisation, automation, and system readiness initiatives within Digital & Technology. The role ensures accurate visibility of control status, issues, dependencies, and remediation progress, particularly during periods of heightened risk or audit focus. By consolidating information across multiple programmes, the role supports effective governance, enables timely decision‑making, and contributes to the ongoing maturity and sustainability of the control environment.
Role Responsibilities
Support hypercare activities by tracking issues, actions and progress, providing visibility of control status and remediation during heightened risk or audit periods.
Support control optimisation, automation and transformation initiatives by tracking progress, dependencies and outcomes, and providing structured reporting on delivery status.
Act as the reporting and coordination interface with programmes such as IAM and PAM, ensuring control‑related activities, dependencies and milestones are accurately tracked and communicated.
Support system readiness assessments by tracking readiness criteria, control status, issues and outcomes, and consolidating results for stakeholder review.
Produce consolidated tracking and reporting across hypercare, optimisation initiatives, programmes and system readiness activities to provide an integrated view of control health.
Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to support stakeholder decision‑making across optimisation, programme delivery and readiness activities.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline.
8 -14 years of relevant experience
Experience in control tracking, reporting, risk management, governance, or assurance within a Digital & Technology or regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Risk, Audit, or Compliance‑related field.
Experience supporting audits, remediation, hypercare, or transformation initiatives, with exposure to technology controls, programme reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ITIL, or equivalent risk, audit, or technology governance qualifications.
