Hospital HR Manager – Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nurses, technicians, and non-medical staff.
- Coordinate interviews, credential verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Process payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
- Organize induction programs, training, and staff development activities.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and staffing analysis.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Manage employee contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely renewal of doctors' licenses, certifications, and other mandatory documents where applicable.
- Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and workplace ethics.
- Support accreditation requirements (such as NABH/JCI, if applicable) by maintaining HR-related compliance records.
- Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Handle HR audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Experience with payroll, attendance, and HRMS software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
