1. Technical & Engineering Tasks
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for assigned projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks on systems/products.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting.
2. Project Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like production, quality, purchase, and vendors.
- Ensure project milestones are completed within timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to resolve issues.
3. Analysis & Reporting
- Perform root-cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain daily/weekly project reports and documentation.
- Use engineering tools, software, and testing instruments as required.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and process improvement activities.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Interact with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide technical presentations, status updates, and support for decision-making.
