Position: CAD Artist – Textile Design

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD Artist to develop textile prints, patterns, and artwork for fabrics. The candidate should have strong design skills and proficiency in CAD software to create production-ready designs aligned with market trends and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create textile print designs, repeats, and colorways using CAD software.
- Develop original artwork for fabrics, garments, and home textiles.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and rotary printing.
- Modify existing designs based on client or merchandising team requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, sampling, and production teams.
- Ensure accuracy in color separation, repeat patterns, and print specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion and textile design trends.
- Maintain an organized library of artwork and design files.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and textile CAD software (NedGraphics, Textronics, AVA, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of textile print development, repeats, and color separation.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of fabric types, printing techniques, and color combinations.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a CAD Artist in the textile or apparel industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital textile printing.
- Knowledge of embroidery artwork and print production processes.
- Understanding of current fashion and home furnishing trends.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
