Good to have skills : EPiServer, SAP Commerce Cloud, TOSCA Testsuite

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves thoroughly executing tests aligned with specified requirements and user stories to verify the solution's quality. This role includes designing detailed test cases, carefully identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The objective is to ensure that each release is dependable and meets user expectations, contributing to a seamless and reliable product experience. Collaboration and attention to detail are key throughout the daily activities to maintain high standards of quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Strong ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems to support quality assurance activities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development, product, and delivery teams for issue resolution.
- Analytical mindset to assess test results and contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
