Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications, and support doctors and healthcare teams in delivering effective treatment and recovery services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient condition and record vital signs regularly
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery care
- Coordinate with healthcare staff for smooth patient care delivery
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and availability of medical equipment and supplies
Required Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate
- 1–3 years of hospital experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills
- Patient care and monitoring
- Emergency handling
- Experience in oncology preferred
- Ward experience (if applicable)
- Teamwork and coordination
- Basic computer knowledge for medical records
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts / Day & Night shifts
- Weekly off as per hospital policy
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
