Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate qualified business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Research and target potential clients across North America, Europe, GCC, APAC, and India.
- Engage with CEOs, Founders, CTOs, Product Managers, and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and understand client business requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
- Build and manage sales pipelines to achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized client solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on technology trends, software development services, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Technology Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
