Dermatrico Skin, Hair & Laser Clinic is a leading skin, hair, and laser clinic in South Delhi, committed to providing advanced dermatology and aesthetic treatments with exceptional patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with missed calls, pending leads, and previous patients.
- Explain clinic services, treatment benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors and the front desk.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Follow up with patients after consultations and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Handle patient concerns politely and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and sales skills.
- Good phone etiquette and customer handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a patient-first approach.
Preferred Experience
- 6 Month to 1 Year years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Clinic/Hospital Call Center.
- Experience in a skin clinic, cosmetic clinic, dental clinic, healthcare, or wellness industry will be preferred.
